- Overview
Because all products in our store are custom printed on demand, each item is made specifically for your order.
For this reason, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under certain conditions.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
- No Returns on Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size selected
Wrong color selected
Changing your mind
Ordering by mistake
Preferring a different design after purchase
Each item is printed after the order is placed, so we cannot resell returned merchandise.
Please check your size charts and design selections carefully before placing an order.
- Defective or Damaged Items (Eligible for Replacement)
If your order arrives:
Damaged
Misprinted
Incorrect
With poor print quality
With manufacturing defects
We will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement, email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect, item, and packaging
- Your preferred replacement item (same design only)
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.
- Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:
Check with neighbors
Check with building/facility management
Confirm the shipping address
Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
If still missing after 48 hours:
Email us at support@makeamericadebateagain.shop
We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms it was lost, we will issue a replacement.
- Wrong Address Entered by Customer
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:
We cannot offer a refund
A replacement order can be sent
Customer must pay the replacement + shipping costs
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
- Refunds (Only When Applicable)
Refunds are issued only when:
We cannot reprint the item
The item is out of stock
A severe manufacturing error occurs
A replacement is not possible
Refunds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Sale Items
Sale, promotional, or discounted items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
- Exchanges
Because every product is printed-to-order, we do not offer exchanges unless the received item is defective.
